Fertility & IVF Books

Struggling to have a baby is a very personal and emotional need, something that is not often shared with friends or even relatives. For this reason, it can feel like a lonely journey. If this sounds like you, rest assured, you are not alone. More and more couples are finding it harder than they thought to have their baby.

It is estimated that 1 in 6 couples experience fertility challenges and this number is growing. There are many reasons for this increase; age, stress, poor diet, hectic lifestyles, environmental toxins, pharmaceutical side effects, etc. These reasons are covered in both my fertility books so you can minimize your exposure, improve your health and fertility and have your baby.

In most cases, it’s the woman in the relationship that will source information from a variety of different places to combine the best possible treatment in order to have a successful pregnancy. This often means either finding all the relevant information they can on the next step or thinking of the worse case scenario, planning for that and then working backwards.

In either case, its the women who has to project manage and plan her own fertility treatment. Fertility clinics will often give one side of information, whilst a dietitian another and an acupuncturist yet another. I’ve thereefore combined information from all areas into my books, so you get the info you need to make the right choices in order to have your baby.

Meet The Author - Fertility Expert - Dr (TCM) Attilio D'Alberto

Dr (TCM) Attilio D'AlbertoI’ve been practising for over a decade treating many different and complex types of infertility. In this time, I’ve seen all types of problems from those in their early twenties through to those in their late forties. I’ve gleamed information from thousands of people who have undergone assisted infertility treatment and learnt from their stories of the different protocols used in various infertility clinics around the world.

My Fertility Books

One of the main reasons for writing my two books is the lack of information available in one place, which means woman have to scouring the internet and forums, piecing different and sometimes contradictory pieces of information together. I’ve found that women are very knowledgeable about their fertility and require a lot more in-depth information than is often available on websites or in other fertility books. I’ve tried my best to include as much detailed information as possible, but in a concise and easy to understand way, so you know what's going on and what to do next.

I have added as much inside track medical information as I can; broken down western medical labels to make them easier to understand, the best route to take, what to avoid and what to do, so you waste as little time as possible getting your baby. This information is based on my unique understanding of western and Chinese medicine combined together as well as the collective mass of thousands of my patients that have undergone their own fertility journey and the several hundred research articles I have read.
